WEST DES MOINES, Iowa - Kum & Go President and CEO Kyle J. Krause announced last week that a $10,000 contribution has been made to the American Red Cross and will be directed toward helping Arkansas residents.

According to Krause, it will take many more weeks to determine the full scope of the tornado and other storm damage in Arkansas. He said his company wanted to proactively reach out and support the recovery efforts.

"Many of us have watched the local news coverage with sadness as massive tornadoes swept across the South. We believe it is important for Kum & Go to help Arkansas residents since we have more than 25 stores in the state," he said in a press release. "One of Kum & Go??s seven core values is 'caring?? and making this contribution to the American Red Cross is just another way to reinforce this value."
