WASHINGTON - Now that health-care reform legislation has been signed into law (accompanied by another vice presidential expletive), NACS has outlined what retailers can expect as they continue to provide health-care coverage to their workforce.

Attached are two documents to download:

• A health-care reform memo (PDF) prepared for NACS by its legal counsel, Steptoe and Johnson; and
• A chart published in USA Today (PDF) that outlines the most important parts of the new law and the changes that will occur as part of the House Reconciliation Act, which the Senate passed yesterday.
