March 07, 2012

ALEXANDRIA, VA - What??s going on with gas prices and what are retailers seeing at the pump? Those are the questions that NACS and OPIS (Oil Price Information Service) answered in a media briefing for energy reporters last week. The interactive webinar allowed reporters to hear about the latest developments and ask questions of participants in the one-hour webinar.

As gas prices continue to climb, reaching $3.77 per gallon on Monday, the higher cost of fill-ups continues to be a top news story. The webinar was developed to share the latest conditions in the fuels marketplace and discuss what could affect the market over the next few weeks. Expert analysis was provided by NACS Vice President of Government Relations John Eichberger and OPIS Chief Oil Analyst Tom Kloza in a one-hour webinar moderated by NACS Vice President of Industry Advocacy Jeff Lenard.
The webinar was recorded to allow NACS members to review or share the content. It is available as part of the 2012 NACS Retail Fuels Report as one of the multimedia features. Click here to access the recording of the webinar.
