BUFFALO, N.Y. – Delta Sonic Car Wash opened the doors to its new flagship location in Fairmount, N.Y., last week, in spite of below freezing temperatures and wind chill. The newest location features a state-of the-art car wash and detail shop, 16 fueling positions, a 3,000 square foot convenience store serving a variety of made-to-order meals, and a Tim Horton’s Café and Bake Shop with a drive-thru.

“Although we faced a few construction and weather delays along the way, we are very excited to open our third location in the Syracuse market and to bring 100 full- and part-time jobs to the area,” said Kim Canna, marketing director, in a press release.

In addition to the new amenity-filled location, Delta Sonic is also expanding its services menu. They now offer rustproofing as well as glass repair and replacement, and will be adding automotive repairs and restoration including fabric, upholstery, wheels and rim refinishing in the near future.

Delta Sonic Car Wash has been family-owned since opening its first car wash in 1967, with 29 locations throughout Buffalo and Niagara Falls, N.Y., Chicago, and Erie, Penn.
