ATLANTA – Registration is underway for an upcoming Food Safety Management webinar presented by Ecolab as part of its free monthly webinar series, Food Safety Matters, which informs and educates foodservice professionals regarding topics that involve food safety.

During many foodservice audits, the NACS Center for Achieving Foodservice Excellence (CAFÉ) found that one of the biggest hurdles to successful foodservice operations in the convenience industry is not having clearly articulated and enforced food safety guidelines.

Dr. Hal King, director of food and product safety at Chick-fil-A Inc., will discuss the must-have components of an effective food safety program in a food retail business during this month’s Food Safety Matter webinar.

Taking place on Tuesday, Jan. 21 at 1:00 pm EST, the webinar will last approximately one hour and include Q&A.
