Newsweek released its fourth annual list of America’s Best Loyalty Programs 2024, and many convenience retailers made the list. The global loyalty management ecosystem will be worth $24 billion by the end of 2029, Newsweek said, citing data from data analysis firm Statista.

To create the list, Newsweek partnered with Statista to rank more than 300 loyalty programs across 40 categories.

The results were compiled based on the results of an independent survey of more than 4,000 U.S. customers who are members of loyalty program, Newsweek said. The final assessment and rankings were based on six criteria: ease and enjoyment; benefit; overall satisfaction; customer support; trust; and recommendation.
