If you would like to change your individual address, phone number, or email address, follow these steps:
1. Sign in to NACS Online using the username and password you created.
If you don’t have a login, create one here.
2. After you have logged in, find your name at the top of the home page, Click on My Profile next to your name.
3. You will see this:
On this screen, you can update your name, address, phone number and email address. Your username and password can be changed as well as your security question and security answer.
If you have changed companies, or if you want us to make any of the changes, send a message to the NACS Help Desk, Ask NACS.
Important note: please include your previous contact information and your new contact information.
